November 20 UpdateWow I just realized that its been over a year since I last updated my space.....well im going to catch you up on all the random things that have occured to me since october of 08
October 08: I Was promoted to Staff Sergeant (squad 2 leader, Charlie Company)....folowing the promotion I lost my Uncle Leonard, it was very rough because I grew up around all of my uncles.
November 08: Nothing interesting really happened....I slept a little
December 08: My good luck actually showed itself in the form of me being exempt from the semester exams.....I passed the Semester with a 3.7 GPA
January 09: I was promoted to Captain (Battalion Chaplain)....began the most horrible semester of school in my life
Febuary 09: I got sick with the flu ended up missing 2 weeks of school....there went that month
March 09: I got sick with pnemonia ended up missing all of march....there went another month
April 09: Sick with ear infection and pink eye missed all but 2 days of school that month
May 09: actually didnt get sick for once.....first day back to school I was demoted from Captain all the way bac down to Corporal.....3 days later i was promoted to sergeant then to staff sergeant.......also to elaborate on my bad luck, the school made a mistake on my attendance record and had me marked down for missing 15 unxcused days well that means that you must go to juvenile court....lets just say that we fixed that whole problem with our high paid friends.......Finally the end of school came around on May 28th...I couldnt have been any more happy
June 09: Spent the whole month at my grandmothers house due to family issues at home
July 09: Spent the whole month at my grandmothers house due to family issues at home.....went with my sister and grandmother on vacation to Maggie Valley, North Carolina........Came home thought things would be fixed by then, well we were wrong
August 09: Spent all the way up till the day school started at my grandmothers house.....started 10th grade.....Chose not to enroll in JROTC so that i wouldnt have to deal with all the messed up ways of the army...so instead i decided to take carpentry...lets just say i havent learned anything that i didnt already know
September 09: Ran for President of Skills USA and Won
October 09: Took the ASVAB....Took the PLAN test....Went and represented SKILLS USA at the montgomery leadership conference.....Spent alot of time with my grandmother because of family issues at home
November 09 (present): I currently have a 3.8 GPA and I have Made better grades this year than I have ever made.....Found out that im moving out closer to my grandmother, they beleive that this will solve all the family problems that we have....I think it might help them.....My plans will be announced in future blogs
